Half-year Financial Reports Sample Clauses

Half-year Financial Reports as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 90 days after the end of the first half of each financial year, copies of the unaudited semi-annual Financial Report of the ▇▇▇▇ Group for that half financial year (delivery of Financial Reports under this clause by ▇▇▇▇ will be deemed to satisfy each other Transaction Party’s obligation under this paragraph);

Half-year Financial Reports no later than 60 days after the end of the first half of each financial year, copies of the unaudited semi-annual Financial Report of the Group for that half financial year and such other financial reports or statements as the Agent may reasonably require in relation to each of the Borrower and Kestrel for that half of the financial year;
