Halliburton Under No Obligation to Maintain Plans. Except as specified otherwise in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Halliburton, at any time, from amending, merging, modifying, terminating, eliminating, reducing, or otherwise altering in any respect any Halliburton Plan, any benefit under any Halliburton Plan or any trust, insurance policy or funding vehicle related to any Halliburton Plan (to the extent permitted by law) in accordance with the applicable governing plan documents.
