Hand amendments. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement should not be amended by hand. Hand amendments will have no effect unless they are initialled by RA and the Participant, irrespective of when the hand amendment was made and whether or not one of the parties executed this Agreement after the hand amendment was made.
