Handback upon Early Termination. 19.14.1 Within ten (10) days of the service of a Termination Notice, GEPB and the Manager shall appoint an Independent Expert pursuant to Clause 19.10 to conduct a Handback Condition Survey. Such Independent Expert shall prepare and communicate to the Parties such survey within twenty (20) days of its appointment. 19.14.2 In carrying out such Handback Condition Survey, the Independent Expert shall determine the Rectification Cost.
