Handing over the Project Site. Subject to the Financial Close, FBR shall deliver and handover the Project Site to the Concessionaire free from all encumbrances and occupations and without the Concessionaire being required to make any payment to FBR on account of any costs, compensations, expenses and charges for the acquisition and use of such Project Site for the duration of the Concession Period, except the cost as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.
