Handling and Shipping. In connection with this Agreement, Producer will: (i) Determine the weight of all Ethanol delivered to Bunge as provided in Section 3; (ii) Load the Ethanol for shipment in accordance with the loading instructions from Section 1.3 to trucks, rail cars or pipeline with Ethanol in a timely manner, which shall include supplying adequate labor and equipment necessary for such loading; (iii) Handle Ethanol in a good and workmanlike manner; (iv) Maintain the truck/rail/pipeline loading facilities in safe operating condition; (v) Supply all product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets applicable to Ethanol shipments; (vi) Comply with all federal, state and local rules, regulations regarding the shipment of Ethanol from the Facility, including but not limited to all U.S. Department of Transportation requirements relating to shipment of hazardous materials; and (vii) Abide by the Ethanol Marketing Policy.

Handling and Shipping. 4.6.1. All products shall be handled and shipped in such a manner that shall ensure product quality. 4.6.2. Prior to shipping, all product containers will be inspected by NOF for integrity, cleanliness, and appropriate labeling. 4.6.3. Product shipped shall have a minimum remaining expiry of thirty (30) months. 4.6.4. A Certificate of Analysis (C of A) will be provided for each product lot shipped (refer to section 3.4 of the Supply Agreement). 4.6.5. C of A shall contain at least the product name, product number or code, lot/batch number, lot/batch size, tests, specifications, results, manufacturing date and location, expiration date, and appropriate approvals. 4.6.6. Handling and Shipping. ArthroCare shall manufacture, store and transport all Products consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements to ensure the quality of the Products, including without limitation all requirements relating to storage, handling, temperature, humidity controls, etc. ArthroCare shall pack all Products for shipment in containers adequate to insure safe arrival of the goods at BSC's designated delivery destination, properly addressed for delivery to the address specified in BSC's Order or such other address as BSC shall specify in writing, and delivered to a carrier or forward agent chosen by BSC.   • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If the Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for the goods and materials until the goods and materials are delivered and the Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If the Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods collect. For goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of the goods shipped except on goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller will ship the goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Boeing Domestic Shipment Routing Guide to be accessed through Buyer’s supplier portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/. Sellers need a One Time Password (OTP) token to log into the Boeing Supplier Portal. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non- conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal. Seller shall access by selecting the “Enterprise ASN Instructions” hyper-link under the header “Exostar Resources”. A copy of these instructions can also be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Packaging and Shipping All shipping containers shall be packed and packaged to: (i) ensure safe arrival to final destination; (ii) secure the lowest transportation costs;(iii) comply with requirements of common carriers; (iv) meet Buyer's written instructions; and (v) meet the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

  • PACKING AND SHIPMENT (a) Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice. (b) A complete packing list shall be enclosed with all shipments. SELLER shall mark containers or packages with necessary lifting, loading, and shipping information, including the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Contract number, item number, dates of shipment, and the names and addresses of consignor and consignee. Bills of lading shall include this Contract number. (c) Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be FOB Place of Shipment.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State. 2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to profits from the participation in a pool, a joint business or an international operating agency.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

  • Packaging and Labeling Seller shall properly xxxx, xxxx, and ship Goods and provide Buyer with shipment documentation showing the Order number, Seller’s identification number for the subject Goods, the quantity of goods in shipment and the number of cartons or containers in the shipment.

  • Packing and Marking All material and equipment to be furnished by the Contractor shall be packed, crated or otherwise suitably protected to withstand shipment undamaged to the destination. Each package, crate or part shall be marked plainly with the name of the consignee, shipping destination, the Owner's order number, and such other markings as are required. Complete packing lists, one copy with each package and two (2) copies by mail to the Owner at time of shipment, shall be supplied showing contents and identity of each package.
