Handling and Shipping. In connection with this Agreement, Producer will:
(i) Determine the weight of all DGS delivered to Bunge as provided in Section 3;
(ii) Load the DGS for shipment in accordance with the loading instructions from Section 1.3 to trucks or rail cars with DGS in a timely manner, which shall include supplying adequate labor and equipment necessary for such loading;
(iii) Handle DGS in a good and workmanlike manner;
(iv) Maintain the truck/rail loading facilities in safe operating condition;
(v) Supply all product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets applicable to DGS shipments;
(vi) Comply with all federal, state and local rules, regulations regarding the production and shipment of DGS from the Facility; and
(vii) Abide by the DGS Marketing Policy.
Handling and Shipping. 4.6.1. All products shall be handled and shipped in such a manner that shall ensure product quality.
4.6.2. Prior to shipping, all product containers will be inspected by NOF for integrity, cleanliness, and appropriate labeling.
4.6.3. Product shipped shall have a minimum remaining expiry of thirty (30) months.
4.6.4. A Certificate of Analysis (C of A) will be provided for each product lot shipped (refer to section 3.4 of the Supply Agreement).
4.6.5. C of A shall contain at least the product name, product number or code, lot/batch number, lot/batch size, tests, specifications, results, manufacturing date and location, expiration date, and appropriate approvals.
4.6.6. Handling and shipping shall be controlled by NOF approved procedures.

(ii) Load the Ethanol for shipment in accordance with the loading instructions from Section 1.3 to trucks, rail cars or pipeline with Ethanol in a timely manner, which shall include supplying adequate labor and equipment necessary for such loading;
(iii) Handle Ethanol in a good and workmanlike manner;
(iv) Maintain the truck/rail/pipeline loading facilities in safe operating condition;

(vi) Comply with all federal, state and local rules, regulations regarding the shipment of Ethanol from the Facility, including but not limited to all U.S. Department of Transportation requirements relating to shipment of hazardous materials; and
(vii) Abide by the Ethanol Marketing Policy.
Handling and Shipping. Any provision regarding handling and shipping is based on the currently ef- fective INCOTERMS®-clause specified in the offer and included in the sales or service confirmation. The same applies to any provision regarding the passing of risk involved in shipping goods.

(viii) Abide by the Ethanol Marketing Policy.

Handling and Shipping. ArthroCare shall manufacture, store and transport all Products consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements to ensure the quality of the Products, including without limitation all requirements relating to storage, handling, temperature, humidity controls, etc. ArthroCare shall pack all Products for shipment in containers adequate to insure safe arrival of the goods at BSC's designated delivery destination, properly addressed for delivery to the address specified in BSC's Order or such other address as BSC shall specify in writing, and delivered to a carrier or forward agent chosen by BSC. BSC will reimburse ArthroCare for all actual, reasonable transportation, shipping and related insurance expenses. In the event that BSC requests special packaging or finishing for any Order, BSC shall pay the incremental cost for such special packaging or finishing; provided, however, that ArthroCare shall include any special documentation regarding the Products as may be requested by BSC, at [*****] charge. Shipment will be [*****]. All shipping papers and/or invoices shall include the Order number and serial numbers of Products shipped.
