Handling Charges and Other Expenses. 11.1 Any and all costs and actual expenses related to the Agreement, including but not limited to legal fees, production costs, stamp tax and any other taxes and fees, shall be borne by the Pledgor. If the laws provide that the Pledgee shall pay the relevant taxes and fees, the Pledgor shall fully compensate the Pledgee for the taxes and fees paid thereby.
