Common use of Handling of Hazardous Substances Clause in Contracts

Handling of Hazardous Substances. The Company and any other present or, to the Sellers' Knowledge, former owner, tenant, occupant or user of the Leased Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored, transported or Released any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to or from the Leased Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or otherwise related to the Business in violation of or in a manner that forms the basis of liability under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, the offsite disposal of any Hazardous Substance.

Handling of Hazardous Substances. The Company and Neither the Corporation nor any other present or, to the Sellers' Knowledge, or former owner, tenant, occupant or user of the Leased Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored, transported transported, released, discharged or Released disposed of any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to under or from the Leased Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or otherwise related to the Business in material violation of or in a manner that forms the basis of liability under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, the offsite disposal of any Hazardous SubstanceLaw where such violation has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Handling of Hazardous Substances. The Neither the Company and nor any other present orof its Subsidiaries nor, to the Sellers' Company's Knowledge, any former owner, tenant, occupant or user of the Leased Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored, stored or transported or Released any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to or from the Leased Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or otherwise related to the Business any of its Subsidiaries in violation of or in a manner that forms would reasonably be expected to form the basis of liability by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, the offsite disposal of any Hazardous Substance.

Handling of Hazardous Substances. The Company and to the Company's Knowledge, any other present or, to the Sellers' Knowledge, or former owner, tenant, tenant or occupant or user of the Leased Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored, transported or Released any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to or from the Leased Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or otherwise related to the Business Prior Property in violation of any Environmental Law or in a manner that forms the basis of liability under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, the offsite disposal of any Hazardous Substancerequiring investigation or remediation.

Handling of Hazardous Substances. The Each of the Company and the Subsidiary and any other present or, or to the Sellers' Knowledge, Company's Knowledge former owner, tenant, occupant or user of the Leased Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored, stored or transported or Released any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to or from the Leased Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or otherwise related to the Business Subsidiary in material violation of or in a manner that forms may form the basis of material liability under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, the offsite disposal of any Hazardous Substance.
