Handling of Hazardous Substances. The Company has at all times used, generated, treated, stored, transported, disposed of or otherwise handled Hazardous Substances in compliance with all Environmental Laws and in a manner that will not result in liability of the Company or Buyer under any Environmental Law. Schedule 4.24 sets forth a complete list of all ------------- contractors and other third parties who at any time have hauled, handled, stored, transported or disposed of any Hazardous Substance (i) on behalf of the Company or the business, or (ii) generated by the Company or the business, together with a complete list of all dumpsites and other off-site locations at which such Hazardous Substances have been disposed of.
