HANDOVER REPORT. D9.1 You must ensure that at the commencement of a shift, each Care Staff member who will be responsible for providing care to a particular Resident receives a report on the status of, and care required for, that Resident. D9.2 The report referred to in clause D9.1 must: a. be based on the Resident’s Care Plan developed in accordance with clause D16.3; and b. be available to all Care Staff.
