Common use of Handover to replacement supplier Clause in Contracts

Handover to replacement supplier. 28.1 Within 10 UK Working Days of the expiry or termination of this Call-Off Contract , the Supplier will make available to the Buyer: any data (including Buyer Data), Buyer Personal Data and Buyer Confidential Information in the Supplier’s possession, power or control. any sums prepaid to the Supplier in respect of Ordered Deliverables not provided by the date of expiry or termination of this Call-Off Contract. 28.2 When requested, the Supplier will (at its own expense where the Call-Off Contract has been terminated before end of term due to Supplier cause) help the Buyer to migrate the Services to a replacement Supplier in line with the exit plan (clause 27) to ensure continuity of the Services.
