Common use of Hands Clause in Contracts

Hands. 2.3.1. The palms of the driver test dummy shall be in contact with the outer part of the steering wheel rim at the rim's horizontal centreline. The thumbs shall be over the steering wheel rim and shall be lightly taped to the steering wheel rim so that if the hand of the test dummy is pushed upward by a force of not less than 9 N and not more than 22 N, the tape shall release the hand from the steering wheel rim.
