Hangar Door to be Closed. The occupant is responsible for ensuring the hangar door is closed at all times, except when entering or exiting the hangar. The occupant is responsible for, and holds the City harmless from, any damage or destruction to the door or to the hangar attributable to or caused wholly or partly by the occupant’s failure to comply with this provision.
