Harvest Block Clause Samples
A Harvest Block clause defines the specific time period or conditions under which crops or other agricultural products are considered to be harvested for contractual purposes. Typically, this clause will outline the start and end dates of the harvest window, or specify the criteria that must be met for a harvest to be officially recognized, such as crop maturity or weather conditions. Its core function is to provide clarity and certainty for both parties regarding when obligations related to the harvest—such as delivery, payment, or risk transfer—are triggered, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring smooth contract performance.
