Haulers without permits. The USER will promptly notify the POSTING AUTHORITY if it becomes aware of any unpermitted haulers that are exceeding the posted weight limits on the roadways that are the subject of this Agreement.
Haulers without permits. The User shall promptly notify PennDOT if it becomes aware of unpermitted haulers exceeding the posted weight limits on roadways subject to a Permit.
Haulers without permits. The User will promptly notify the Township if it becomes aware of any party hauling loads which User believes may be in excess of the gross weight capability of or may damage the roadways that are the subject of this Agreement.
