Common use of Have Made License Clause in Contracts

Have Made License. The Parties acknowledge and confirm that: (a) to the extent that Acorda is permitted hereunder to purchase the Product from Patheon; and (b) following termination of this Agreement, and until termination of the License Agreement – Acorda is regarded for the purposes of Article 2.1 of the License Agreement as being permitted to have the Product made by Patheon at the Second Source (subject always to the terms and conditions of this Agreement) and that the license grant under such Article 2.1 to make and have made Product extends accordingly.
