Common use of Hazard and Liability Insurance and Condemnation Clause in Contracts

Hazard and Liability Insurance and Condemnation. a. The Borrower shall at all times keep the Development insured against loss by fire and such other hazards, casualties, liabilities and contingencies, and in such amounts and for such periods as required by the Department. All insurance policies and renewals thereof shall be issued by a carrier and in form acceptable to the Department.
