Common use of Hazard and Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hazard and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence of property hazard, business interruption and liability insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each (with appropriate endorsements naming the Administrative Agent as lender’s loss payee (and mortgagee, as applicable) on all policies for property hazard insurance and as additional insured on all policies for liability insurance, and if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies of such insurance policies.

Hazard and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received received, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, evidence of property hazard, business interruption and liability insuranceinsurance covering each Credit Party, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each policy (with appropriate endorsements naming the Administrative Agent as lender’s loss payee (and mortgagee, as applicable) on all policies for property hazard insurance and as additional insured on all policies for liability insurance), and if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies of such insurance policies.

Hazard and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence of property hazard, business interruption and liability insuranceinsurance covering each Credit Party, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each policy (with appropriate endorsements naming the Administrative Agent as lender’s loss payee (and mortgagee, as applicable) on all policies for property hazard insurance and as additional insured on all policies for liability insurance), and and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies (certified by a Responsible Officer) of such insurance policiespolicies in the form required under the Security Documents and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
