Common use of Hazard and Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hazard and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence of property hazard, business interruption and liability insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each (with appropriate endorsements naming the Administrative Agent as Lenders’ loss payee (and mortgagee, as applicable) on all policies for property hazard insurance and as additional insured on all policies for liability insurance.
