Common use of Hazard and Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hazard and Liability Insurance. With respect to the Borrower and each other Loan Party, the Administrative Agent shall have received certificates (with the appropriate endorsements) of property hazard, business interruption and liability insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each (naming the Administrative Agent as loss payee on all certificates for property hazard insurance and as additional insured on all certificates for liability insurance), and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies (certified by a Responsible Officer) of insurance policies otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent; and
