Hazard Tracking. The contractor shall obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) by working with the US Army FWS-I APMs. Once the CAC has been issued, the COR/COTR will provide the contractor with the proper account information for entry into the CECOM electronic Hazard and Accident Tracking System (eHATS). The contractor shall enter all system hazards into the eHATS, and the hazard tracking log, created from this site, shall be attached to the SAR.

Hazard Tracking. System (HazTrack) This web enabled system enables RMA personnel (including contractors, Army personnel, and Shell personnel) to identify potential safety hazards, positive observations, and safety recommendations at RMA. The system will be used to document the identification and measures taken to address the potential safety hazard, and tracks the item through closeout.
Hazard Tracking. The Contractor shall develop a method or procedure to document and track all hazards, to include those identified through testing and other analyses, from identification until the hazard is eliminated or the associated risk is reduced to a level acceptable to the Government IAW CDRL A014. A central file or document called a "Hazard Log" shall be maintained. The Hazard Log shall contain as a minimum: A description of each hazard, to include cause, possible effect and hazard category; Status of each hazard; Traceability of the mitigation measures on each hazard from the time the hazard was identified to the time the risk associated with the hazard was reduced to a level acceptable to the Government.

  • SUBSTANCE ABUSE The dangers and costs that alcohol and other chemical abuses can create in the electrical contracting industry in terms of safety and productivity are significant. The parties to this Agreement resolve to combat chemical abuse in any form and agree that, to be effective, programs to eliminate substance abuse and impairment should contain a strong rehabilitation component. The local parties recognize that the implementation of a drug and alcohol policy and program must be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Such policies and programs must also be administered in accordance with accepted scientific principles, and must incorporate procedural safeguards to ensure fairness in application and protection of legitimate interests of privacy and confidentiality. To provide a drug-free workforce for the Electrical Construction Industry, each IBEW local union and NECA chapter shall implement an area-wide Substance Abuse Testing Policy. The policy shall include minimum standards as required by the IBEW and NECA. Should any of the required minimum standards fail to comply with federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, they shall be modified by the local union and chapter to meet the requirements of those laws and regulations.
