Hazardous Material Activities. Except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect on Individual, neither Individual nor any of its subsidiaries has transported, stored, used, manufactured, disposed of, released or exposed its employees or others to Hazardous Materials in violation of any law in effect on or before the date hereof, nor has Individual or any of its subsidiaries disposed of, transported, sold, or manufactured any product containing a Hazardous Material (collectively "Hazardous Material Activities") ----------------------------- in violation of any rule, regulation, treaty or statute promulgated by any Governmental Entity in effect prior to or as of the date hereof to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity.
Hazardous Material Activities. Except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect on Desktop, neither Desktop nor any of its subsidiaries has transported, stored, used, manufactured, disposed of, released or exposed its employees or others to Hazardous Materials in violation of any law in effect on or before the date hereof, nor has Desktop or any of its subsidiaries engaged in any Hazardous Material Activities in violation of any rule, regulation, treaty or statute promulgated by any Governmental Entity in effect prior to or as of the date hereof to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity.
Hazardous Material Activities. The Company has not transported, stored, used, manufactured, disposed of, released or exposed its employees or others to Hazardous Materials in violation of any law in effect on or before the Effective Time, nor has the Company disposed of, transported, sold, or manufactured any product containing a Hazardous Material (any or all of the foregoing being collectively referred to as "HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ACTIVITIES") in material violation of any rule, regulation, treaty or statute promulgated by any Governmental Entity in effect prior to or as of the date hereof to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity.
Hazardous Material Activities. Neither the Company nor any of the Company Subsidiaries have transported, stored, used, manufactured, or disposed of Hazardous Materials in material violation of any applicable law or in a manner that would result in liability to the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries, nor has the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries disposed of, transported, sold, or manufactured any product containing a Hazardous Material (any or all of the foregoing being collectively referred to herein as “Hazardous Materials Activities”) in material violation of any rule, regulation, treaty or statute promulgated by any Governmental Entity to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity. Hazardous Material Activities. Lessee shall limit any use, generation, storage, treatment, transportation and handling of Hazardous Materials in connection with its use of the Property (collectively, "Hazardous Materials Activities") to those Hazardous Materials, and to those quantities of them, that are necessary or appropriate for the conduct of its business on the Property. Lessee shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Materials to be disposed of or abandoned at the Property, except in compliance with the Applicable Environmental Laws. If any governmental approval, consent, license or permit is required under Applicable Environmental Laws for Lessee to perform any portion of its work at the Property, including any air emission permits, before commencing any such work, Lessee shall be solely responsible, at its expense, for obtaining ,and thereafter maintaining, the same. Lessee shall cause all Hazardous Materials present at the Property in connection with it's Hazardous Materials Activities to be safely and securely stored in a manner permitted by Applicable Environmental Laws.
Hazardous Material Activities. Parent has not transported, stored, used, manufactured, disposed of, released or exposed its employees or others to Hazardous Materials in violation of any law in effect on or before the Effective Time which Hazardous Materials could give rise to a Material Adverse Effect, nor has Parent disposed of, transported, sold, or manufactured any product containing a Hazardous Material (any or all of the foregoing being collectively referred to as "HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ACTIVITIES") in violation of any rule, regulation, treaty or statute promulgated by any Governmental Entity in effect prior to or as of the date hereof to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity.
Hazardous Material Activities. To the knowledge of Raven, neither Raven nor any of its subsidiaries has transported, stored, used, manufactured, disposed of, released or exposed its employees or others to Hazardous Materials in violation of any law in effect on or before the date hereof, nor has Raven or any of its subsidiaries disposed of, transported, sold, or manufactured any product containing a Hazardous Material (collectively, "Hazardous Material Activities") in violation of any rule, regulation, treaty or statute promulgated by any Governmental Entity in effect prior to or as of the date hereof to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity.

To the knowledge of Parent, neither Parent nor any of its subsidiaries has conducted Hazardous Material Activities in violation of any rule, regulation, treaty or statute promulgated by any Governmental Entity in effect prior to or as of the date hereof to prohibit, regulate or control Hazardous Materials or any Hazardous Material Activity.
