HAZARDOUS MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA. A. The Contractor agrees to submit a Material Safety Data Sheet (Department of Labor form OSHA- 174), as prescribed in Federal Standard No. 1910-1200, for all hazardous material five (5) calendar days before delivery of the material, whether or not listed in Appendix A of the Standard. This obligation applies to all materials delivered under this contract which will involve exposure to hazardous materials or items containing these materials.
