HAZARDOUS MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA. Contractor shall comply with applicable national, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations (including the acquisition of licenses and permits) in connection with any hazardous material used during Launch processing. Contractor agrees to provide the right to use and disclose such data relating to hazardous materials as necessary to comply with this Article.
