Common use of Hazardous Material Laws Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Material Laws. (a) Use and operate all of its facilities and properties in material compliance with all applicable Hazardous Material Laws, keep all required material permits, approvals, certificates, licenses and other authorizations required under such Hazardous Material Laws in effect and remain in material compliance therewith, and handle all Hazardous Materials in material compliance with all applicable Hazardous Material Laws, in each case, except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; (b) Promptly notify Agent and provide copies upon receipt of all written claims, complaints, notices or inquiries received by the Company or any of the Guarantors of a material nature relating to its facilities and properties or compliance with Hazardous Material Laws; (c) To the extent necessary to materially comply with Hazardous Material Laws, remediate or monitor contamination arising from a release or disposal of Hazardous Material;
