Hazardous Materials Activities, Etc. Each Note Party shall promptly take, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause each operator promptly to take, any and all actions reasonably necessary to (i) cure any violation of applicable Environmental Laws by such Person, and (ii) make an appropriate response to any Environmental Claim against such Person and discharge any obligations it may have to any Person thereunder.
