Common use of Hazardous Materials Activities Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Materials Activities. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has transported, stored, used, recycled, manufactured, disposed of, released, removed or exposed its Employees or others to Hazardous Materials or manufactured or distributed for sale any product containing a Hazardous Material (collectively “Hazardous Materials Activities”) in violation in any material respect of any Legal Requirement or in a manner which has caused or could reasonably be expected to cause a material adverse health effect to any such person.

Hazardous Materials Activities. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has transported, stored, used, recycled, manufactured, disposed of, released, removed released or exposed its Employees or others to Hazardous Materials in violation of any Law, nor has the Company or any of its Subsidiaries disposed of, transported, sold, or manufactured or distributed for sale any product containing a Hazardous Material (any or all of the foregoing being collectively referred to as “Hazardous Materials Activities”) ), in violation in any material respect of any Legal Requirement Law promulgated to prohibit, regulate or in a manner which has caused control Hazardous Materials or could reasonably be expected to cause a material adverse health effect to any such personHazardous Materials Activity.
