Common use of Hazardous Materials Activities Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Materials Activities. The Company has conducted all Hazardous Material Activities relating to its business in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Environmental Laws. The Hazardous Materials Activities of the Company prior to the Closing have not resulted in the exposure of any person to a Hazardous Material in a manner which has caused or could reasonably be expected to cause an adverse health effect to any such person.

Hazardous Materials Activities. The Company has and its Subsidiaries have conducted all Hazardous Material Activities relating to its the business in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Environmental Laws. The Hazardous Materials Activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries prior to the Closing have not resulted in the exposure of any person to a Hazardous Material in a manner which has caused or could are reasonably be expected likely to cause an adverse health effect to any such person.

The Hazardous Materials Activities of the Company prior to the Closing have not resulted in the exposure of any person to a Hazardous Material in a manner which has caused or could reasonably be expected to cause an adverse health effect to any such person.
