Landlord represents to Tenant that, to its actual knowledge and except as Landlord has previously disclosed to Tenant, Landlord has not caused the generation, storage or release of Hazardous Materials upon the Premises, except in accordance with Hazardous Materials Laws and prudent industry practices regarding construction of the Premises.
