HAZARDOUS MATERIALS USE OR STORAGE. During the time that Purchaser has leased its properties, to the best of Purchaser's knowledge, neither Purchaser nor any third party has used, generated, manufactured, or stored on, under, or about, the properties or transported to or from such properties, any Hazardous Materials in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
