HAZARDOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS PROHIBITED. Tenant is strictly prohibited from storing or using on the premises materials classified as hazardous or toxic under any local, state or federal law or regulation, and from engaging in any activity which produces such materials. Tenant's obligations of indemnity as set forth above specifically include any costs, expenses, fines or penalties imposed against the Landlord arising out of storage, use or creation of any hazardous material by Tenant, Tenant's agents, employees, invitees and/or guests. Landlord may enter the space at any time to remove and dispose of prohibited items.

Owner may enter the Storage Space at any time to remove and dispose of any prohibited items at Tenant’s expense.

Occupant's obligations of indemnity as set forth below specifically includes any cost, expenses, fines or penalties imposed against the AUTHORITY, arising out of the storage or use of any hazardous or toxic materials by Occupant, Occupant’s agents, employees, invitees or guests. The AUTHORITY may remove and dispose of prohibited items.
HAZARDOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS PROHIBITED. Occupant is strictly prohibited from storing or using materials in the storage space or on the facility classified as hazardous or toxic under any law, ordinance or regulation, or from engaging in any activity which produces such materials. Owner, at Occupant's sole expense, may enter the storage space at any time to remove and dispose of prohibited items. Any hazardous materials that should leak from occupants vehicle shall be cleaned up immediately by occupant. Should occupant neglect to address such leaks, owner may clean, at occupants sole expense, the hazardous material leaking (to include gasoline, diesel, oil, transmission fluid or any other such material. If the owner does not IMMEDIATELY address such issue, occupant shall be in breach of this agreement and said vehicle will be set for immediate tow from the facility.

Lessor may enter the storage space at any time to inspect, remove or dispose of prohibited items.

Management may enter the storage space at any time to remove and dispose of prohibited items.
