Accordingly, Tenant is hereby advised that occupation of the Premises may lead to exposure to Hazardous Materials such as, but not limited to, gasoline, diesel and other vehicle fluids, vehicle exhaust, cleaning fluids, tobacco smoke, methane and building materials containing chemicals, such as formaldehyde] Further, there are Hazardous Materials located on the Premises, which are described in , copies of which have been delivered to or made available to Tenant.
