Hazardous Substances or Hazardous Waste. Borrower shall not permit the Premises to be used to generate, manufacture, refine, transport, treat, store, handle, dispose, produce, or process Hazardous Substances or Hazardous Wastes, except in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws.
