Common use of Hazardous Waste, Etc Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Waste, Etc. No hazardous wastes, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been generated, transported, used, disposed, stored or treated by the Company, and no hazardous wastes, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been released, discharged, disposed, transported, placed or otherwise caused to enter the soil or water in, under or upon any real property owned, leased or operated by the Company.

Hazardous Waste, Etc. No hazardous wastes, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been generated, transported, used, disposed, stored or treated by the CompanyBuyer, and no hazardous wastes, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been released, discharged, disposed, transported, placed or otherwise caused to enter the soil or water in, under or upon any real property owned, leased or operated by the CompanyBuyer.

No hazardous wastes, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been generated, transported, used, disposed, stored or treated by the Company, and and, to the Majority Shareholders' knowledge, no hazardous wastes, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been released, discharged, disposed, transported, placed or otherwise caused to enter the soil or water in, under or upon any real property owned, leased or operated by the Company.

No Except as set forth in Section 2.19 of the Disclosure Schedule, no hazardous wasteswaste, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been generated, transported, used, disposed, stored or treated by the Company in violation of law, and, to the knowledge of the Company, and no hazardous wastes, substances or materials or oil or petroleum products have been released, discharged, disposed, transported, placed or otherwise caused to enter the soil or water in, under or upon any real property owned, leased or operated by the Company.
