Common use of Hazardous Waste Studies Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Waste Studies. Promptly, and in any event within thirty ----------------------- (30) days after submission, provide the Bank with copies of all such investigations, studies, samplings and testings as may be requested by any governmental or regulatory authority relative to any substance defined as hazardous or toxic by any applicable federal, state or local law, rule, regulation, order or directive, or any waste or by-product thereof, at or affecting any real property or any facility owned, leased or used by the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
