HEADING AND AMENDMENTS. (1) Headings are inserted in this Contract for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation hereof. (2) This Contract shall not be amended, modified or supplemented except by an instrument in writing signed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties, and constitutes the entire agreement among the Parties. HEADING AND AMENDMENTS. (1) Headings are inserted in this Contract for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation hereof. (2) This Contract shall not be amended, modified or supplemented except by an instrument in writing signed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties, and constitutes the entire agreement among the Parties. (3) In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Contract and its Appendices, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail. (4) In the event one of the provisions of this Contract is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from this Contract and the remaining provisions of this Contract shall continue in full force and effect.
