HEADINGS AND DEFINITIONS. A. It is agreed that the headings and phrases as to the contents of particular paragraphs of this lease are inserted only as a matter of convenience and for reference, and in no way are intended to be a part of this lease, or in any way to define, limit or describe the scope or intent of the particular paragraph to which they refer. B. Where in this instrument pronouns or words indicating the singular number appear, such words shall be considered as masculine, feminine, or neuter pronouns or words indicating the plural number, and vice versa, where the context indicates the propriety of such use.
