Headings and Formatting of Definitions. The various headings used in this Agreement are solely for the convenience of the Parties and shall not be used to interpret this Agreement. Similarly, xxxxxxx and italicizing of definitional words and phrases is solely for the Parties’ convenience and may not be used to interpret this Agreement. The headings and the formatting of the text in the definitions do not define, limit, extend, or describe the Parties’ intent or the scope of this Agreement.
