Headings and Language Usage. The headings of the various Articles and Sections in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall be ignored in the construction or interpretation of this Agreement. In this Agreement the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter, as the context requires. The word “includes” and its derivatives mean “includes, but is not limited to” and corresponding derivative expressions. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, all references to “Article,” “Section” or “Exhibit” herein refer to the Articles, Sections and Exhibits of this Agreement. The words “hereof,” “herein,” “hereto” and “hereunder” and words of similar meaning, unless otherwise specified, refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular portion or provision of this Agreement.
