Headings and Word Meanings. The headings used herein are for convenience only and do not constitute matters to be considered in interpreting this Agreement. The words "herein," "hereinabove," "hereof," and "hereunder," when used anywhere in this Agreement, refer to this Agreement as a whole and not merely to a subdivision in which such words appear, unless the context otherwise requires. The singular shall include the plural, the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter and the disjunctive shall include the conjunctive, and vice versa, unless the context otherwise requires.
