Headings; Certain Definitions. The Articles and Section headings contained in this Agreement are solely for the purpose of reference, are not part of the agreement of the parties and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. Every reference herein to the word "days," if not preceded by the word "business," shall mean calendar days, and every reference herein to the words "business days" shall mean each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday that is not a day on which banking institutions in the city of New York are authorized or obligated by law to close.
