Headings; Certain Definitions. The article captions contained in this Lease are for convenience only and shall not be considered in the construction or interpretation of any provision hereof. The word “Term” as used herein, shall be deemed to include, where applicable, any extended or renewal term. The word “Landlord” means the owner of the Building from time to time, and in the event of any sale, conveyance or lease of the Building, the Landlord shall be released from all covenants and conditions as Landlord hereunder and without further agreement between the partners, the purchaser, lessee or other transferee of the Building shall be deemed to have assumed all covenants and conditions of Landlord hereunder. No consent of Tenant shall be required in the event of any such sale, conveyance or lease of the Building which is made subject to this Lease, or to any sale or conveyance of the Building pursuant to which Landlord leases the Building back from such purchaser or other transferee, in which case the Lease shall remain in full force and effect as a sublessee between Landlord, as sublessor and Tenant as sublessee.
