The headings in this Security Agreement are for convenience only and are in no way intended to describe, interpret, define, or limit the scope, extent, or intent of this Security Agreement or any provision hereof. In this Security Agreement, (a) “include” and “including” do not signify or imply any limitation, (b) “Section” refers to a Section of this Security Agreement, unless otherwise stated, (c) “hereunder,” “hereof,” “hereto,” and similar terms are references to this Security Agreement as a whole, and not to any particular provision of this Security Agreement, and (d) “UCC” refers to the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of Delaware.
