Headings, etc The provision of a Table of Contents, the division of this Agreement into Articles and Sections and the insertion of headings are for convenient reference only and do not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
Table of Contents, Headings, etc The table of contents and the titles and headings of the articles and sections of this Indenture have been inserted for convenience of reference only, are not to be considered a part hereof, and shall in no way modify or restrict any of the terms or provisions hereof.
Paragraph Headings, etc The headings of paragraphs contained in this Assignment are provided for convenience only. They form no part of this Assignment and shall not affect its construction or interpretation. All references to paragraphs or subparagraphs of this Assignment refer to the corresponding paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Assignment. All words used herein shall be construed to be of such gender or number as the circumstances require. This "Assignment" shall each mean this Assignment as a whole and as the same may from time to time hereafter be amended or modified.
