Common use of Headings; Gender Clause in Contracts

Headings; Gender. The headings herein are inserted for convenience only and do not constitute a part of this Agreement. Unless the context otherwise requires, all references to articles and sections refer to articles and sections of this Agreement, and all references to schedules are to schedules attached hereto, each of which is made a part hereof for all purposes. The descriptive headings of the several articles and sections of this Agreement are inserted for purposes of reference only, and shall not affect the meaning or construction of any of the provisions hereof. Whenever the context requires, the gender of any word used in this Agreement includes the masculine, feminine or neuter, and the number of any word includes the singular or plural.
