Common use of Headings or Pronouns Clause in Contracts

Headings or Pronouns. Headings or captions contained in this Settlement Agreement are solely for the convenience of the Parties, are not a part of this Settlement Agreement, and shall not be used for the interpretation of, or determination of the validity of, this Settlement Agreement or any provision hereof. Whenever the context may so require, the masculine gender shall be deemed to refer to and include the feminine and neuter, and the singular shall be deemed to refer to and include the plural, and vice versa.
