Common use of Headings; Severability Clause in Contracts

Headings; Severability. The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement in that jurisdiction or the validity or enforceability of any provision of this Agreement in any other jurisdiction.

The section headings of this Agreement are for convenience reference only and are to be given no effect in the construction or interpretation of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. If any part or provision of this Agreement shall be declared invalid or unenforceable in any by a court of competent jurisdiction, said provision or part shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect only, without in any way affecting the validity remaining parts or enforceability of the remainder provisions of this Agreement in that jurisdiction or the validity or enforceability of any provision of this Agreement in any other jurisdictionAgreement.
