Common use of Headings; Severability Clause in Contracts

Headings; Severability. The descriptive headings of sections of this Warrant are provided solely for convenience of reference and shall not, for any purpose, be deemed a part of this Warrant. Should any part of the Warrant or this Warrant for any reason be declared invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion, which shall remain in force and effect as if the Warrant and this Warrant had been executed with the invalid portion eliminated. It is the intention of the Company and the Holder that they would have executed and accepted the remaining portion of the Warrant and this Warrant without including in such remaining portion any such part, parts or portion which may, for any reason, be hereafter declared invalid.
