Common use of Headings; Severability Clause in Contracts

Headings; Severability. The headings of sections and paragraphs hereof are for convenience only and shall not limit or affect the meaning or construction of any of the provisions of this Agreement. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of this Agreement to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
