Common use of Health Care Compliance Clause in Contracts

Health Care Compliance. The Company has complied in all material respects with, and has no unsatisfied obligations under, the applicable health care continuation and notice requirements of COBRA, the requirements of FMLA, the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, the requirements of the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act, the requirements of the Newborns’ and Mothers’ Health Protection Act of 1996, and any amendment to each such Act, and any similar provisions of state law applicable to its Employees.
