Common use of Health Care Law Matters Clause in Contracts

Health Care Law Matters. (a) Each Loan Party shall and shall cause each Person within its control to: (a) conduct its operations in material compliance with all Health Care Laws; (b) to the extent permitted by applicable law and so long as no privilege is compromised, notify Agent promptly after such Loan Party or any Person within its control becomes aware of any violation of any material violation of the Anti-Kickback Statute, Xxxxx Law or False Claims Act, or any violation of other Health Care Law that could reasonably likely result in a claim, fine or settlement in excess of $250,000; and (c) to the extent permitted by applicable law, promptly forward to Agent any subpoena or other request or other investigation by a Governmental Authority with respect to a possible material violation of any Health Care Laws.
